Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy reminders are sent out 48-72 hours either by text or email prior to your appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will lose your deposit and asked to leave another one if wish to reschedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule depending on your artist availability. If you are asked to reschedule due to being late your deposit is still non refundable. If you no show for your appointment you will lose your deposit and be asked to leave 50% of your service cost before we can book another appointment for you. Our artist reserve up to 6 hours of their day for your service and their time is valuable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
